Computer Wake Up

Privacy Policy

Last updated May 4, 2026

Short version: Computer Wake Up does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The app stores the computers you save on your device and can sync them through your iCloud account. We do not run a server full of your machines. That would be weird.

1. What the app keeps

Computer Wake Up does not ask you to create an account, and it does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking.

The app stores only the details you enter for the computers you want to wake, including:

2. Where that data lives

Your saved computers live on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, they can also sync across your devices through Apple CloudKit using your own iCloud account.

3. Local network access

The app uses local network access for exactly two reasons: to discover devices on your network and to send Wake-on-LAN magic packets to the machines you save.

That traffic stays on your local network. We do not receive a list of your devices, your IP addresses, or a log of what you woke up at 2:13 a.m.

4. Third-party services

Computer Wake Up does not include third-party analytics, ad networks, or crash tracking SDKs. The only outside service involved is Apple CloudKit, and only if you choose to use iCloud sync.

5. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, the updated version will appear here with a new date at the top.
